Test Your Computer Mic, Speakers, Webcam
1) Click Here to join the test meeting room
2) Follow the onscreen prompts to install and run the program
3) Once you have joined click the button to test your computer microphone and speakers
4) Click “Leave Meeting” to exit the test meeting room
Now you’re computer is all set up and ready to go!
The video below shows how you can configure your computer mic and speakers. You also have the option to call into the audio portion of the meeting by phone, which is explained in the next section on “Joining The Meeting” below.
Joining The Meeting
1) Click the “Join Meeting” button
2) Follow the onscreen prompts to join the meeting
3) Once you have joined the meeting click the green button that says “Join Audio by Computer” or you can choose to call into the audio portion by phone:
- Call: 1-646-558-8656
- Enter Meeting ID: 889-212-2032
- You can enter the participant # that is shown on your computer or just hit # to join the audio
